Vintage Art Nouveau Gilt Brass and Jade Sash Pin Wonderful example of an Art Nouveau sash pin of heavy stamped gilt brass with the elegant, flowing designs of the period. There are elbaorate scrolled designs on the metal setting. The center has applied scrollwork around a bezel-set, oval jade glass cabochon.
This vintage sash pin is in excellent, original condition with good patina. It has an old style 'C' clasp and measures 3 3/8 x 1 3/4 inches. A wonderful gift for someone special.

Unusual Vintage Faux Tortoise Brooch Very unusual brooch consisting of 3 overlapping ovals of faux tortoise secured with a heavy band of faux tortoise on each end. I think this may be lucite or other early plastic as there are no mold marks anywhere and the quality is excellent.
This vintage early plastic brooch is in excellent, original condition and has a secure safety clasp which is embedded into the heavy bands on each end of the brooch. The clasp may have been a more recent addition.

The body is pave set with clear rhinestones, the rest of the body is shiny black enamel with the hooves, ears and antlers in silvertone.
