This is a very dramatic figural design of a multi-layered flower brooch, with each petal distinct and sharp. Goldtone metal is engraved with multiple lines to enhance the overall drama of the pin, which has a large, faceted, topaz glass, prong-set centerpiece. Pin is signed Benedikt, NY on an applied oval plaque and is in excellent condition. It has a safety clasp as well as an attached loop to it can be worn as a pendant as well as a pin. Measuring 2 1/2" across x 5/8" deep, this is a heavy and well made piece of vintage costume jewelry. |
