This ring is marked 14K and is a size 4. It is set with two natural or cultured pearls and two tiny clear and prong-set stones which may or may not be diamonds.
The ring does show minor wear on the setting appropriate to being a vintage piece and is otherwise in fine condition. I've have both front and side views to show detail.
