Interesting old dress clip in a white metal with a pewter-like finish in a figural design of flowers cascading from a stem with three leaves. The flowers and leaves have tiny, paste-set, turqoise glass rhinestones. On close inspection, I can see that a few are missing, but there are so many, it doesn't really detract from this cool dress clip.
The clip-back is tight and secure and there is a shiny finish on the back, unlike the front which has a pewter-like finish. This could mean that the plating has worn from the front, leaving a soft finish to the metal. Size is 1 5/8 x 2 7/8 inches. Price reflects missing stones, etc. |
