Very interesting early sash pin in both bright and oxidized gilt metal, with smooth and lined stamped ribbon design. There are lovely, curved swirls on each side of the large, 20mm, bezel-set, topaz glass, facetted center.
This sash pin is in great, original condition, with some tarnish visible on close inspection, and has the old style C clasp characteristic of early 1900s pieces. I have, as usual, left this vintage piece unpolished with any cleaning left to the purchaser of this turn of the century piece. Measurements are 2 5/8 x 2 inches.
