Victorian sash pin shows an elegant design in heavy gilt brass with a classic nouveau style, overall embossed design. Created to look like a buckle, this sash pin dates from the late 1800s to early 1900s, during the height of their popularity.
This sash pin/brooch is in excellent original condition, with older style C clasp and a stamped signature which looks like GLGP. Size is 2 7/8 x 2 1/4 x 3/8 inches deep. Excellent example of its kind. |
