This set probably dates from the 1940s, done in a silver color base metal and set with sky blue rinestones and imitation pearl cabochons.
The fringed style necklace has 7 domed ovals, each set with the blue rhinestones and pearl. The chain is quite heavy with a 'J' clasp, allowing the neckline measurement to go from 13 to 15.5 inches to allow it to lie perfectly when worn. The ovals are each 3/4 x 1 1/4 inches. The clip back earrings are each made of one of these links and have secure clip-backs.
This vintage jewelry set is in very good original condition appropriate to its age. There is wear on the finish, giving it a soft patina and I have not tried to polish it, preferring to leave it in original condition.
