It is very unusual to find a Victorian sash pin in pristine condition, but this one is a fine example. Simple, elgant design in the shape of an oval buckle in brushed and bright gold color metal is actually a large brooch, signed GLP on the old style simple 'C' clasp.
This sash pin is in excellent original condition and does not appear to have ever been worn.
