This is a lovely, Victorian brooch with a series of Hallmarks on the back which are fairly illegible. I can make out an anchor and a knight's helmet, but not the third hallmark. I can also see a letter 'P' in what I assume is the maker's mark. The pin has an engraved floral design on an oxidized background with a scalloped and beaded edge.

This Victorian brooch is in excellent, original condition, with wonderful patina. It has an old 'C' clasp and measures 1 1/8 inches across. A nice find for a Victorian jewelry collector. |
