Elegant key and crown pin, signed 'Trifari' with crown and marked Sterling, Pat. Pend. This key and crown brooch has a vermeil finish--a gold plating over the sterling--and has rhinestone accents at the top of the key, with tiny ones along the stem.
This vintage Alfred Phillipe Trifari pin is in excellent, original and unpolished condition with a wonderful, soft patina. It has a secure safety clasp and measures 2 1/2 x 5/8 inches. A wonderful example of the golden age of costume jewelry.
