Although unmarked, this is probably a Native American pendant in silver with a center design of inlaid horn and turquoise on an oxidized silver base. The fine chain is marked sterling on the clasp.
This vintage silver pendant is in excellent, original and unpolished condition. Pendant is 1 7/8 inches including the attached loop. The chain has a spring-ring clasp and measures 20 inches long.
