Lovely hand-carved shell cameo of a woman with a sweet expression wearing a corsage on her gently draped bodice is marked sterling and is prong-set into a simple, oxidized frame and probably dates to the 1940s or 1950s.
Vintage cameo is in excellent, vintage and unpolished condition with a simple 'C' clasp with good carving. No lines or cracks on the shell. Nice starter piece. 7/8 x 1 1/8 inches
