Classic David Andersen leaf brooch in sterling and ice blue basse-taille enamel. Signed D-A with scales, 925S Norway, Sterling, and a W in a circle. The designer initial of a 'W' in a circle stands for Willy Winnęss who worked for Anderson in the 1950s, thus dating this piece to that time period.
This 1950s David Andersen leaf brooch has the older style 'C' clasp and measures 2 3/4 x 3/4 inches. Brooch is in excellent, original and unpolished condition with enamel in pristine condition. |
