Unusual Rebajes necklace and bracelet set in unmarked silver metal with 15 x 20mm prong-set onyx or black glass domed cabochons. Heavy and hand-hammered cast pieces with applied geometric design around a high-domed black cabochon.
The bracelet pieces are curved to lie perfectly on your wrist and the necklace center in slightly curved as well with a heavy silver-color link chain neckline.
This vintage, unusual Rebajes set in in excellent, overall condition with the chain and clasp on the necklace in need of cleaning and possibly not original. The bracelet is all original. Bracelet is signed on both side pieces and on the foldover clasp. The necklace is signed on the central oval.
Size: These domed and fixed pieces are notoriously difficult to measure, but I'll do my best. Central design of necklace is 3 1/8 x 1 1/2 inches, neckline is 13 1/2 inches at choker length, but extensions could easily be added. Bracelet has a center of a curved 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches and fits easily on my size 7 wrist. |
