Vintage floral Georg Jensen brooch, marked Sterling, Denmark, GJ 88, matches the bracelet noted as design no.5,1905 by Georg Jensen in the book Georg Jensen Jewelry, Bard Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, David Taylor ed, 2005. The mark dates this piece to approximately the 1920s. Small but still a wonderful early piece with great detail and Arts & Crafts workmanship.
This vintage Georg Jensen brooch is in excellent, original condition with wonderful patina and a secure safety clasp.
