I believe this is a Mexican Day of the Dead pendant necklace with a highly detailed and carved bone skull, bezel set in unmarked silver metal. Domed garnet glass cabochons, or beads, are used as the eyes and there are remnants of a red wash. Chain is not original, but included free. Unmarked, but I think it must be Mexican.
This vintage Day of the Dead bone skull pendant is in very good, original with good patina and has not been cleaned.
