Vintage hand-carved larger shell cameo brooch bezel-set into an ornate open-work setting. Metal is unmarked. Cameo has good carving and shows a woman in profile with upswept hair and wearing a necklace. High relief and fine carving and slightly domed.
Vintage hand-carved shell cameo is in a curved, unpolished open-work setting with a secure safety clasp and a loop for wearing as a pendant. I leave the polishing to the new owner as I don't polish vintage pieces preferring to leave the original patina.
